She has overall responsibility for the customer service of security and software platforms across Palo Alto Networks. Patty has more than 25 years of experience at companies such as McAfee, Intel, Cisco, and AT&T -- masterfully driving transformation. Patty earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. She has held multiple advisory board positions, and is currently a board member for WootCloud. She previously sat on the boards of Qualys, Barrick Gold, and the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.
