What is the S50 Program?

The S50 is Constellation’s annual recognition of the 50 most influential executives who are redefining leadership across the world’s most dynamic industries. These are high-impact innovators who shape markets, accelerate transformation, and elevate their organizations through vision, empathy, and operational excellence. The S50 celebrates executives whose leadership not only delivers business results but moves industries forward.

How Are S50 Leaders Selected?

• Nominations come from peers, industry influencers, technology vendors, analysts, and the Constellation research team.
• Constellation analysts conduct a rigorous evaluation process, reviewing thousands of executives across diverse industries and leadership roles.
• Selection focuses on executives who demonstrate measurable impact, strategic clarity, cultural leadership, and the ability to guide organizations through disruption.
• And yes, we uphold a firm “No A-hole Policy.” Leadership character matters.

Can I Nominate an Executive?

Yes. Anyone may submit a nomination—however, all submissions must include the executive’s contact information. Entries without valid contact details will not be considered.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Eligible candidates include senior executives who:

• Are driving transformational change across their organization or industry
• Demonstrate leadership that blends strategy, innovation, and human impact
• Deliver measurable business outcomes through visionary initiatives
• Are respected as influential voices, culture shapers, or operational catalysts

Executives from all industries are welcome—public and private sectors, global enterprises, and fast-growth organizations.

When Are Inductees Announced & Celebrated?

The S50 class is typically announced in April, followed by recognition and exclusive programming for inductees throughout the year—including special features, VIP gatherings, and visibility across Constellation platforms.

Are There Fees to Be Part of the S50?

No. There are no fees associated with being nominated or recognized as an S50 executive.

Do S50 Members Pay to Attend the Constellation Executive Network (CEN) Activities?

No. S50 inductees receive complimentary VIP membership into the Constellation Executive Network, which includes access to select events, briefings, and networking sessions. Travel expenses may apply depending on event location.

Are Executives Required to Participate in S50 Programming to Be Recognized?

No participation is required—but we strongly encourage involvement so inductees can take advantage of the community, insights, and exclusive leadership opportunities.

Are New S50 Members Recognized Publicly?

Yes. S50 inductees are spotlighted through:

• Official announcements on Constellation platforms
• Media and social amplification
• Opportunities for on-stage or virtual recognition at select Constellation events
