What is the AX100 Program? 

The Ambient Experience 100 (AX100) is Constellation’s annual recognition of global executives who are transforming both customer and employee experiences. These are rule-breaking leaders who reimagine business through data-driven engagement, innovative thinking, and experience-first strategies.

How Are AX100 Leaders Selected?

• Nominations are gathered from peers, analysts, and technology partners.
• Constellation analysts then evaluate thousands of candidates, focusing on those who move beyond mere strategy to deliver integrated, organization-wide experience transformation
• We uphold a strict “No A-hole policy”—professionalism matters.

Can I nominate an executive? 

Yes—but you must provide the executive’s contact information. Any applications without executive contact information will be disqualified.

Who Can Be Nominated?

Senior executives driving impactful change across both customer and employee journeys—especially those who demonstrate bravery in breaking norms, authentic experience design, and measurable business growth—are eligible.

When Are Inductees Announced & Celebrated?

The new class is typically announced in January, followed by a live induction ceremony at the Ambient Experience Summit (AXS)—usually held in February.

Are there fees to be part of the AX100? 

No, there are no fees associated.

Do AX100 Members Pay to Attend AXS? 

Nope! Registration, meals, and entertainment are all covered. Attendees are responsible only for their travel arrangements. If you haven’t received your registration link, reach out to our marketing team, [email protected].

Are executives required to attend AXS to be a part of the recognition? 

Nope! But we strongly encourage attendance for the unique networking opportunities and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Are new AX100 members recognized at AXS? 

Yes! New members will be publicly recognized for their accomplishments and will receive an award on stage as part of the program.
