Bio
Teresa Ostapower is Chief Digital Officer for AT&T, where she is responsible for AT&T’s web properties and digital touchpoints, including myAT&T, att.com, att.net, uverse.com, and AT&T mobile applications.
Teresa and her team lead the Digital First initiative for Mobility, Home Solutions and Business with a focus on expanding and accelerating digital capabilities for our customers.
In October 2009, she was promoted to Vice President and was asked to lead the IT Strategy and Business Integration organization. She directed consumer IT strategy and implementation of One AT&T initiatives and maximized IT investment to enable new business and customer capabilities. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President – Consumer Digital Experience with responsibility for AT&T’s consumer-facing digital properties.
Teresa has spent 27 years steadily rising at AT&T with career rotations in Bellsouth Services, Bellsouth Cellular, and Cingular Wireless.
Teresa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems degree from the University of Georgia-Athens,
She is married and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, travelling, and watching her kids’ activities. She and her family make their home in Alpharetta, Georgia.
