Bio

Ken Finnerty is currently UPS Vice President of Customer Engagement Systems and Customer Information Management. In this role, Ken is responsible for all solutions that directly touch the customer, including www.ups.com, customer integration APIs, the UPS mobile app, UPS shipping systems, package tracking, UPS My Choice, and CRM applications. 

Ken is a member of the UPS IT Governance Committee, which directs UPS technology investments ensuring alignment with business strategy. 
During his 27 years with UPS Ken has held numerous positions of increasing responsibility including Director of Global Network Systems, Director of UPS Airline Applications and Senior Director of Systems Programming before being named Vice President in 2013. 
Ken is a graduate of Penn State University. He is a member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering advisory board of Stevens Institute of Technology.
