Vik Luthra

As Chief Digital, Data & Strategy Officer for RBC Insurance, Vik drives overall business strategy to create shareholder value and positions RBCI for outsized growth. Additionally, as the bold architect of RBCI’s digital future, his work is underpinned by breakthrough AI and data technologies. Vik is known for championing progressive and innovative experiences for clients and advisors at every stage in their insurance journey.

Vik joined RBC in 2019, leading groundbreaking work as interim CEO of Ownr, CEO of Dr.Bill and Chief Operating Officer for RBCx Ventures. Prior to RBC, he founded a health technology startup, led a portfolio of digital businesses for Torstar and built a successful technology consulting practice. Vik is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).

When Vik is not imagining and building the future of RBC Insurance, he can be found chasing his two daughters or lifting heavy weights at the gym.
