Roy Andrew Ng
Roy Ng is a technology executive and entrepreneur with a track record of scaling and transforming high-growth enterprise software companies. Known as a thoughtful operator and trusted partner to founders and boards, Roy has been at the forefront of multiple paradigm shifts in enterprise tech: from on-prem to cloud, from monolithic apps to APIs, and now from software to AI-native platforms.
Roy is currently building Fabrion, a stealth-stage, full-stack AI platform transforming the industrial enterprise. Previously, he served as EVP and Chief Business Officer of Platform and Enterprise at FIS (NYSE: FIS), joining through its acquisition of Bond, the embedded finance startup he founded and led as CEO. At Bond, Roy built a category-defining platform that enabled enterprises to integrate banking directly into their customer experience, scaling the business with backing from top-tier investors including Coatue, Canaan, Goldman Sachs, and Mastercard.
Before Bond, Roy was President and COO of Mapbox, the leading location and mapping API platform used by companies like Snap, Instacart, and BMW. He led the company through hypergrowth and global expansion across consumer, logistics, and automotive sectors.
Earlier, Roy served as the first COO of Twilio, where he partnered closely with founder Jeff Lawson to scale the business from $65M to $275M in ARR. He led go-to-market and commercial functions through Twilio’s IPO, helping the company reach a peak valuation of $68B in 2021.
Roy also held senior leadership roles at SAP, helping lead its transition from on-premise to cloud following its $3.4B acquisition of SuccessFactors, where he led business operations and post-merger integration. He began the first decade of his career in technology investment banking at Goldman Sachs.
Roy continues to advise founders, invest in early-stage companies, and support the next generation of technology company leaders. He also serves on the board of Junior Achievement USA, the nation’s largest youth-serving nonprofit focused on advancing entrepreneurship and financial literacy.pending
