Richelle Tustin Luther

Richelle is a senior executive and corporate officer with 25 years of executive and legal leadership experience. Her career has included significant involvement in Board-level matters and governance, including in-depth knowledge of public company governance protocols and executive compensation practices. Most recently in her role as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Corporate Affairs for Columbia Sportswear Company, she has transformed the HR organization and oversees people strategy for over 8,000 employees globally. Richelle applies her experience in both corporate and civic organizations to achieve long-term value with an emphasis on becoming an inclusive and dynamic workplace where growth of the business and organization supports the growth of its people.
