Ray Jan is Constellation Research's Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the company's ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. Ray brings more than 20 years of supply chain management consulting experience. Prior to joining Constellation, he worked at Deloitte and IBM, where he helped clients improve their operations.
