Ravi Thadani

Ravi Thadani is the Vice President of IT at Enphase Energy, a clean energy technology company powering more than five million homes across 160 countries through smart solar and battery systems. He joined the organization in 2024 and leads a global IT team responsible for business systems, cloud infrastructure, AI, digital transformation, and operational excellence supporting approximately 2,800 users worldwide.

Ravi has more than 30 years of IT experience across Fortune 500 technology companies. He previously served as Head of IT Business Applications and Interim CIO at AMD, where he directed a lighthouse $100M+ SAP S/4 RISE transformation supporting 20,000 employees globally and drove M&A integration across all IT functions for AMD-Xilinx. Prior to that, he served as CIO of the Programmable Solutions Group at Intel Corporation, leading the full IT integration of Altera into Intel. Earlier in his career, he held a series of ascending leadership positions at Altera Corporation spanning nearly two decades, overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, and information security.

Ravi earned a degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and serves as an Adjunct Instructor at San Jose State University's Lucas College of Business, teaching Management Information Systems. He is recognized as a distinguished technology leader in the Silicon Valley community, having received the HMG Strategy Global Leadership Institute Award and served as a featured speaker at CIO leadership forums.
