Based in New York, Rachel brings more than 20 years of technology leadership and success in financial services. Prior to Jefferies, Rachel held senior roles at RBC, Nomura Securities, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brother spanning the capital markets spectrum. 
 

Rachel holds a Master of Computer Science degree from University of Chicago.
