I am a no nonsense people leader, who understands strategy, process and structure. I am action focused and driven to optimize by implementing practical results to maximize return on investment as well as delivering strategic outcomes. My career history is one of rising to the occasion and exceeding expectations utilizing my global experience and a set of core values to deliver impact to the organizations I serve.

Currently, I am the SVP & Chief Information Officer where I manage a $150M, ~400-person global team delivering enterprise solutions through transformational change to deliver on UL Solutions business strategy, improve the colleague and customer experience, and drive operational efficiencies. Previously, I held key roles as the head of business platforms, process and automation, global operations, continuous improvement and enterprise architecture. Through the implementation of operating models, technology and organizational optimization, I have delivered millions of dollars of savings and improved colleague productivity. Earlier, I rose through the ranks at Accenture, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager leading the sales and delivery of multi-million-dollar consulting engagements across multiple industries.

I have an MS in Information & Communication Sciences and a BA in Management Information Systems from Ball State University, was selected to participate in the Aon Pinnacle Program for Executive Leadership, and attended Stanford University’s Strategic Uses of Technology program.
