As CIO & CISO at Picarro, Parag has led a company-wide evolution of IT from an operational support function into a strategic enabler of growth, compliance, and innovation.

He has architected the digital and security backbone of Picarro—modernizing infrastructure, automating business processes, and achieving world-class compliance standards including ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, and ISO 27017/27018. His leadership has established zero-trust architecture, data-driven operations, and AI-enabled productivity frameworks across the enterprise.

Parag’s initiatives have unified the enterprise landscape through ERP, MRP, CLM, and CPQ automation, delivering measurable gains in forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and governance transparency. His oversight of global infrastructure modernization, including multi-region network resilience and AWS cost optimization, has significantly improved uptime and cost efficiency.

Previously, Parag held senior leadership roles at BillionToOne, Pulse Biosciences, and GRAIL, where he built high-performing IT and security organizations, implemented large-scale enterprise applications, and drove robust data governance frameworks.
