Namita Jindal has been the Chief Information Officer of CentralSquare Technologies since November 2021.
Namita's visionary leadership and collaborative approach have fostered a culture of innovation at CentralSquare, enabling the company to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Prior to CentralSquare, Namita served as CIO for Honeywell Automation business entity contributing toward triple growth in overall revenue and double growth in spare parts/service business unit. Namita began her career in early 2000 in her home country India. With over two decades of international experience, Namita has held key leadership roles in Asia and North America, driving major initiatives such as the Delta Mileage redemption program across 32 countries, leading mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing global factory expansions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She has been an advisory and board member to various Private equity, Venture capital firms and non-profit organizations. Namita's exceptional contributions have been recognized with multiple CIO awards from the National InspireCIO organization and the Global Leadership Institute, underscoring her leadership and impact in the industry.
Namita holds a master’s degree in business administration from Ohio University, USA and bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from India.
