Mamatha Chamarthi
Mamatha Chamarthi is a global business and technology leader with over 30 years of executive experience driving profitable growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence across the automotive, industrial, utilities, and energy sectors. She has held senior P&L and C-suite roles in global enterprises with revenues ranging from $5 billion to $200 billion, leading organizations through large-scale transformations that integrate technology, talent, and strategy to deliver sustainable growth.
Most recently, Mamatha served as Chief Digital Officer at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she led the company’s enterprise-wide digital transformation. She drove Goodyear’s evolution into a customer-centric, data-driven, and AI-enabled enterprise, embedding analytics across manufacturing, supply chain, and retail networks, and launching the “Goodyear Customer Forward” initiative to modernize the company’s digital platforms and global customer experience.
Previously, as Chief Software Business Growth Officer at Stellantis, Mamatha held global P&L responsibility for a €20 billion software and data-driven business across 14 brands. In just three years, she created a $1.5 billion software-defined vehicle business, building new digital revenue streams and establishing Stellantis as a leader in software-enabled mobility. Earlier in her career, she served as Global Chief Digital Officer at ZF Friedrichshafen, where she led a $1 billion digital business P&L and delivered $3 billion in cost efficiencies, and as Chief Information Officer at Consumers Energy (CMS), where she built the company’s first enterprise digital and cybersecurity strategy.
Mamatha currently serves on the board of Health Alliance Plan (HAP), where she is a member of the Audit Committee, contributing to governance, risk, and compliance oversight in a regulated healthcare environment. She previously served for nine years on the board of ChampionX (NASDAQ: CHX), where she was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees and helped guide the company through its strategic sale to Schlumberger, achieving an 8× value creation multiple for shareholders.
She also co-founded and currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the T200 Foundation, a global non-profit community dedicated to inspiring, educating, celebrating, and advancing women’s leadership in technology. Formed in 2016, T200 connects and supports more than 200 women in senior and C-suite technology roles and runs programs such as “T200Lift” to mentor and develop the next generation of women technologists worldwide. In addition, Mamatha advises the Government of Telangana, India, on sustainable mobility initiatives.

A citizen of the United States, Mamatha resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan with her husband of 35 years, Gopal, and their two wonderful sons, Rahul and Nikhil. Mamatha is passionate about high-performance cars and Formula 1, and her favorite team is Team Ferrari.
