Lydia Maher

Lydia Maher is the co-founder and CTO of Critical Loop. She specializes in machine learning, new product introduction, and industrial transformation, and was recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 (Technology) list in 2025. Prior to founding Critical Loop, Lydia worked at Palantir, where she led enterprise software deployments that transformed operations for major manufacturing and chemical engineering institutions. She has extensive experience leading teams through complex, multifaceted projects spanning strategy, product development, and execution.

Lydia began her career in bioinformatics at Cancer Research UK. She holds degrees in Statistics and History from the University of California, Berkeley.
