Lesley Ma

Lesley Ma is vice president, Information Technology, Nissan Americas. Appointed to this position in April 2025, Ma is responsible for managing all facets of Nissan's information systems and services in the Americas region. She is also part of Nissan's Global IS/IT leadership team.

Prior to joining Nissan, Ma was vice president and chief technology officer at NSF International.

Ma has nearly 40 years of experience with business transformation, information technology and systems implementation.

During her career, Ma has held leadership positions at Ford Motor Co. and General Motors, driving significant IT innovation and transformational change while leading global business initiatives and large-scale system implementations. In addition to her global roles, she gained international experience while working overseas in Shanghai, where she was chief information officer for GM in Asia.

Ma holds degrees in engineering and business administration from the University of Toronto and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program at Stanford Business School.
