Laurent Dartoux

Laurent Dartoux leads Bridgestone Corporation’s operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa as Group President and Management Board Chair of Bridgestone EMEA, a role he has held since early 2024. He also serves as Vice President and Senior Officer of Bridgestone Corporation and as its Global Sustainability External Relations Lead, representing the company in the Tire Industry Project (TIP), the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD) and the Global Platform for Sustainable Natural Rubber (GPSNR).

As CEO of Bridgestone EMEA from January 2020, Dartoux steered the business through the global pandemic and the war in Ukraine while driving a multi-year transformation from a traditional tire manufacturer toward a sustainable mobility solutions provider. Under his leadership, the company pursued innovation in its core premium tire business, accelerated support for electric mobility, and built new ecosystem partnerships to unlock efficiencies across the mobility value chain, delivering significant progress against its sustainability targets.

A Bridgestone leader for more than a decade, Dartoux brings over 34 years of international experience. He is known for a results-oriented, pragmatic leadership style focused on digital innovation, sustainability, strategic thinking and building high-performing teams.
