Lara Druyan

I am a public company director, investor, and technology executive who helps boards navigate AI disruption, digital transformation, and emerging technology risk. My experience spans venture investing, enterprise transformation, and financial services, giving me a unique perspective on how innovation reshapes industries—and how boards can govern through that change.

Lara is the Founding General Partner of Private Liquidity Partners, a fund that leverages data science to identify venture capital secondaries, and a Venture Partner with Silicon Valley Data Capital, a seed-stage venture capital fund. Before joining Silicon Valley Data Capital, Lara served as Head of Innovation for the Royal Bank of Canada, where she drove a successful digital transformation. She also served on the Bank's Crypto Asset Oversight Committee, demonstrating her expertise in emerging technologies. Lara is an award-winning business transformation leader, recognized by Constellation Research and Banking Innovation, and a seasoned board director, serving on the boards of CIBC Bancorp USA, Synfini, and Healogix. Lara also serves on the University of Chicago’s Graham School Council and Astia's Investor Council.
