I’m known for being a collaborative problem solver who brings people together to create innovative, effective solutions. That team-first mindset has guided my career in IT, from launching hospitals and designing healthcare infrastructure to leading a complete transformation of the IT organization at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Playing on sports teams taught me how to build winning organizations and strategize around roles, strengths, and positions—a perspective that continues to shape how I develop high-performing teams and lead complex initiatives.

As Chief Information Officer, I blend strategic vision, technical expertise, and people-centered leadership to deliver results. I’m deeply committed to fostering institutional transformation and aligning IT strategy with broader organizational goals.

My leadership approach is grounded in inclusion, transparency, and adaptability. Whether implementing new instructional technologies or managing large-scale change, success comes from involving stakeholders early and designing solutions that reflect their needs.

I’m also a mentor. I'm passionate about team development and individual growth. I take pride in helping others navigate their careers, build confidence, and take the next step forward. I’m approachable, engaged, and always focused on creating an environment where people thrive.
