Kenny Lauer
I help organizations create experiences — powered by AI, behavioral science, and experience design — that move people to think, feel, and act. As Global Head of Experience & Strategic Innovation at Meyer Sound, I lead that work across sports, entertainment, live event spaces, and hospitality. My career has moved through Apple, KPMG, and the NBA, always at the same intersection: behavioral science, technology, and human connection. As one of Apple's original Evangelists, I learned that great technology disappears into the experience it creates. That principle carried into digital transformation work at KPMG, and later into my role as VP Marketing & Digital for the Golden State Warriors, where I applied the Fogg Behavior Model (B=MAP) during a period when the franchise earned Sports Business Journal's Sports Team of the Year honors twice.
Today at Meyer Sound, I apply AI, experience strategy, behavior design, and strategic innovation to the full experience ecosystem: the environments people gather in, and the business processes that shape how those experiences are imagined, designed, delivered, and scaled.
My background spans operating, advisory, and investment roles, including Venture Partner at Prime Movers Lab; Chief Experience Officer at Lifekind.ai, where our AI persona work was acquired by AI Foundation and Disney; and Co-Founder of Kyosei. I serve on the SXSW Advisory Board and the Television Academy's Interactive Media Peer Group (EMMYs), hold Certified Experience Economy Expert and Stanford Behavior Design credentials, and have been recognized with the BT150 Business Transformation award and the AX50 for customer experience innovation.
