Most recently served as Co-Chair of Gibson Dunn's global Artificial Intelligence Practice Group and Tech & Innovation Industry Group, advising clients around the world on complex business and legal issues. Senior executive at Google for nearly 14 years, serving as Google's Chief Privacy Officer and Vice President. Led the company's worldwide privacy and consumer protection legal functions, with teams across the United States, Europe and Asia. Also an experienced public company, private enterprise and nonprofit board director, with a particular passion for entrepreneurship and the maximization of the benefits of technology for society and people everywhere.

Member of Board of Directors of ZoomInfo (NASDAQ:GTM), having served on the private company board, through their IPO and re-elected to the board of the public company multiple times. Also serves on the Board of Directors of DECODE, a 501(c)(3) focused on bridging academia with industry. Previously served on the Board of Directors for the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and currently serves as a founding member of the IAPP's AI Governance Center Advisory Board. Member of the Board of Trustees of the National Constitution Center.
