Kaylan Adams

Kaylan Adams is a Principal in the Board & CEO Services practice at Korn Ferry, where she drives executive search and advisory engagements at the top of the house across industries in both Canada and the US, from nonprofits to Fortune 100 companies, with much of her recent work focused on AI-expert board placements and social enterprises.

Kaylan specializes in working strategically with boards to align on future-focused composition and competencies, ensuring boards and executive teams are well-positioned to meet evolving challenges and opportunities. She is also a key driver of internal initiatives and projects related to the development of Korn Ferry's thought leadership and intellectual property within Board and CEO Succession.

Kaylan has built expertise in client services and project management across a variety of industries, including tech, nonprofits, and higher ed. Before joining Korn Ferry in 2022, she was the Chief Operating Officer of a certified B Corp digital agency, where she led enterprise operations and project delivery. Earlier in her career, Kaylan managed executive coaching programs at universities, focusing on increasing student retention rates, and worked in client success at a SaaS startup.

Kaylan holds an MBA from NYU Stern and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
