As CEO and Co-Founder of Ironmind.ai, I’m building a continuous health intelligence platform focused on active and retired athletes, starting with the NFL Alumni community. Ironmind brings together wearable and biometric data, behavioral context, and AI to help individuals and trusted health professionals better understand changes in brain health, mental health, physical health, and healthy aging over time.

I serve on the NFL Alumni Association Advisory Board, where Ironmind.ai is exploring how continuous health data can better support athletes during and beyond their playing careers. We are also collaborating with UCSF on research involving cognitive health and aging, and with California Baptist University (CBU) on women’s athlete health and performance research. These relationships are helping us explore how longitudinal physiological and behavioral data can provide a more complete picture of health between traditional assessments and visits.

My career has consistently connected people, devices, data, and platforms. At Visa, I helped commercialize Apple Pay, Garmin Pay, Fitbit Pay, tokenization, and contactless payments. At Wells Fargo, I worked across digital banking, payments, innovation, and enterprise APIs.

With payments, wearables became a way to transact. With Ironmind.ai, they become a way to better understand how our health changes over time—and identify when something may deserve attention.

My connection to this mission is also personal. A near-death drowning at Ocean Beach in San Francisco reshaped how I view life and purpose. After rebuilding physically and mentally, I went on to complete 13+ Ironman races.

That experience taught me that performance is temporary, but health, resilience, and recovery are lifelong. Today, that idea sits at the heart of what we’re building at Ironmind.ai.
