Jon Silvertooth

Jon Silvertooth is leading the digital transformation at California Pizza Kitchen as the Vice President of Information Technology. CPK is an iconic brand which has been serving California cuisine and innovative pizzas, such as their popular BBQ Chicken Pizza, since 1985.

In his current role, Jon is responsible for driving innovative IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experiences across the organization. His leadership has been recognized in the industry, earning him a finalist position for the 2024 SoCal ORBIE Awards, highlighting his impact on technology leadership at California Pizza Kitchen.

After over a decade of consulting experience with notable companies such as Sun Microsystems and AT&T, Jon transitioned into the restaurant business as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at California Pizza Kitchen. Over his 18 year career at CPK, he has progressed from a technical contributor role to leading the application development team, culminating in his current role leading the IT department.
