Jerilyn Teo

Jerilyn is a Senior Leader of Culture & People Experience at Amazon and formerly VP of People at Productiv. Originally from Singapore and Canada, Jerilyn is passionate about bringing kindness and mindfulness into the employee experience. What brings her most joy is helping people find meaning and purpose in their work to develop into their best selves and ultimately realize their full potential. 

Jerilyn earned master’s degrees in business administration (Stanford), organizational development (Harvard), and brand management (UIUC). In her free time, she enjoys hot yoga, teaching swimming, and exploring the breathtaking parks and beaches across the SF Bay Area.
