Janet Wong

Janet S. Wong is an accomplished business executive including a 30-plus year history of demonstrated leadership in professional services and experience serving as a public company board director. She serves on the board of directors as well as Audit Committee Chair of Lucid Group, sustainable mobility company producing luxury electric vehicles; TWFG, a national insurance; and Valvoline, a leading vehicle maintenance company.

In April 2022, the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) named her to its 2022 Directorship 100™, an annual honor for leading directors and governance professionals. In May 2023, Board Prospects recognized her as one of the Top 30 Asian American Board Directors in the U.S. In June 2024, Directors & Boards magazine named her to its annual Women Public Company Directors to Watch list in recognition of her board governance and leadership experience.

She served as a senior partner with KPMG, a global professional services organization, where she spent most of her career based in the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.

Janet is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a NACD Certified® Director. She earned her Master of Professional Accountancy from Louisiana Tech University and Master of Taxation from Golden Gate University. Janet completed the Corporate Director Certificate Program through the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School as well as Executive Education at Stanford Law School.
