Hiral Chandrana

Hiral Chandrana is the CEO and a board member of Veltris, an AI-first digital product engineering firm, where he leads the company's strategy and growth across healthcare, technology, and industrials. He brings nearly three decades of global experience growing digital transformation and business solutions across a diverse set of industries.

Before Veltris, Hiral served as CEO of Mastek, a global digital engineering and cloud transformation services public company with 6,000 employees, where he delivered industry-leading growth and scaled its U.S. business through organic initiatives and acquisitions. Earlier, he spent 14 years with Wipro Limited in progressive leadership roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Wipro's Business Applications and Digital Services business, a $3 billion unit, where he led the transformation of the company's digital, cloud applications, and cybersecurity portfolio. He maintains a strong track record of building relationships with Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients globally.

Hiral holds an M.S. from Washington State University and an MBA from Iowa State University, and has completed executive leadership programs at Wharton, Duke, and UC Berkeley. He was recognized as Executive of the Year, IT Integrated Category, by Gold Globee in 2024 and as an Inspiring CEO at The Economic Times CEO Conclave in 2022.
