I bridge the execution gap between advanced AI and measurable commercial outcomes in regulated healthcare. I design and scale the Operational Foundry — the evals, guardrails, traceability, and product playbooks that turn agentic AI prototypes into production‑grade platforms. Over 25+ years I’ve led global product, engineering, manufacturing, supply‑chain, and operations teams to move complex hardware‑software systems from prototype to reliable, repeatable delivery.
My work spans metabolic and clinical intelligence, biosensor integration, cloud systems, and connected‑device ecosystems. I’ve run product units with pricing and GTM input, founded an IoT business line that secured early customers, and was promoted to run a business division with commercial owners and key account managers. I’ve also led storage and broadband platform initiatives earlier in my career, which inform my approach to scalable data architectures and partner ecosystems.
Commercial & sourcing scope I owned product management responsibilities across roadmap, requirements, and GTM alignment and shaped pricing inputs to enable commercialization. I also led supplier relationships and commercial negotiations on key components and vendor contracts, partnering with procurement to improve cost, quality, and time‑to‑market.
I serve on the Board of Directors, MDIC, advising on regulatory science and AI assurance. I’m focused on senior product and technology leadership and advisory roles where AI, product, and operational rigor converge to scale regulated healthcare platforms and convert technical breakthroughs into measurable business outcomes.
