Founded and led the Virtual Health practice for Accenture, a previously unseen opportunity. From an initial team of two, the business became a matrixed team of 75+ business, technology, and clinical strategists within three years. Delivered direct and in-direct revenue growth with clients among the industry's largest providers, payers and solution providers. Advancing leading research and published perspectives, positioned Accenture as a leader in the telemedicine, telehealth and virtual health market space.

Orchestrated a partnership between a top-five U.S. health system and a digital mental health startup, creating a co-developed solution and support services for people with chronic conditions. The offering tapped an unrecognized opportunity for clinically curated consumer self- and peer-care models. The minimally viable product was introduced to market within 90 days.

Co-led Cisco’s healthcare public policy and government affairs program. Through executive branch consultation and congressional testimony, advocated for legislation to drive U.S. adoption of electronic health records. Led primary research with public sector health leaders in 16 countries and 6 continents. Based upon key findings, advocated for national agendas to improve health access and capacity through industry keynotes and publications.
