I have led organizations through growth, acquisitions, economic volatility, and leadership change.

My background includes acquisition processes and subsequent integrations, global enterprise platforms, finance transformation, and interim executive leadership. I enjoy working at the intersection of business, technology, and people, building teams, clarifying governance, and translating strategy into practical, sustainable outcomes.

I currently serve as Interim Global IT Director, while also leading the Nutreco Competence Center, with responsibility for global enterprise platforms and critical application capabilities.
