I lead HR Technology for a Fortune 100 company supporting approximately 92,000 employees — building the systems, platforms, and AI-powered experiences that make HR work better for everyone.

Most recently, I led our enterprise migration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM — a full-suite implementation spanning Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, HR Help Desk, Talent, Oracle Guided Learning, and Fusion Data Intelligence, delivered on time and on budget.

Now I'm focused on what comes next: an enterprise AI initiative that's putting intelligent agents directly into the hands of employees, managers, and HR partners. We launched our first production AI agents in early 2026 — purpose-built to deliver conversational self-service, coaching support, and operational insights at scale.

What drives me across all of this is the same thing it's always been: making complex systems actually work for the people who use them. Over 25 years of enterprise HCM transformations, I've learned that technology only delivers value when you pair it with process redesign, strong adoption strategies, and genuine partnership across every level of the organization. I bring a builder's mindset — entrepreneurial, practical, and relentlessly focused on outcomes that matter.
