Christine is a director of analyst relations and oversees ServiceNow's CX and industry-focused AR programs. Before joining ServiceNow in 2021, Christine was part of the CX analyst relations team at Oracle, leading the service, sales, AI applications, and CX industry AR strategies. Before Oracle, she worked at RightNow (acquired by Oracle) as the public sector influencer relations lead. She also oversaw AR, PR, and social at Qualtrics and served as the CEO's primary communications support. Christine lives in Maryland with her two daughters, husband, Chad, and Miniature Australian Shepherd, Kiki.
