Chris Deaver

Chris Deaver spent two decades inside Apple, Disney, Dell and VMware. At Apple, he shaped culture alongside Tim Cook and John Ternus, helped build the culture behind AirPods Pro, and helped bring Beats into Apple. At Disney, he worked with Ed Catmull to bring Pixar's culture into the integration of Lucasfilm and Marvel. He has coached leaders at AWS and the San Antonio Spurs.

Chris is co-founder and CEO of BraveCore, helping leaders turn co-creation into speed, trust and growth, and co-author of Brave Together, a Next Big Idea Club selection featured in Forbes, Fast Company and The Wall Street Journal.
