Chengjiang (Andy) Lin

Andy is the former CIO and Chief AI Officer of Solix Inc., where he led enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and AI strategy. He established enterprise AI governance and an AI Center of Excellence (CoE) to accelerate the adoption of agentic AI across business operations, customer care, and technology-enabled services.

Previously, Andy held senior technology and digital leadership roles at Ansell Healthcare, including Regional CIO for the Americas and Technical Head of Global Digital Innovation. With 25+ years of technology leadership experience and as a trusted business partner, Andy focuses on translating emerging technologies into measurable business outcomes, with particular emphasis on enterprise AI transformation, agentic architecture, digital and data strategy, cybersecurity, and M&A.
