Charles Holive

Charles Holive is Chief AI Officer at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking since January 2026, where he leads CIB’s global AI strategy. He brings over two decades of leadership in AI, data analytics and business innovation, having graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lille in France.

Charles began his career at GE Healthcare Technologies, where he spent 15 years building and scaling the Analytics & AI business. He then moved to Sisense, where he led the data monetisation strategy, contributing to significant revenue and valuation growth. Next, he joined JP Morgan Corporate and Investment Bank as Global Head of Applied AI/ML, GenAI & Digital Tools Services, where he applied state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques and digital tools to drive financial impact through productivity, automation, and risk reduction initiatives, transforming the CIB business.

Most recently, before joining BNP Paribas, Charles led PepsiCo’s AI Solutions and Platforms, driving focus on building an end-to-end AI strategy across the “make-move-sell” value chain, and delivering scalable AI and agentic solutions and platforms.
