Cathy Benko
Cathy Benko is a strategist, market cultivator and board director specializing at the intersection of technology, talent, and organizational transformation. She is a former Vice Chairman of Deloitte, a Fortune 100-equivalent, where she held senior operational and client leadership roles advising global companies and digital leaders alike. She also served for the past seven years on the board of NIKE, Inc.
Cathy currently sits on the board of WorkBoard (series D) and was also on the board of SolarWinds which was recently taken private.
She is a U.S. patent holder and best-selling Harvard Business Press author of The Corporate Lattice, Mass Career Customization, and Connecting the Dots. Her work has earned numerous honors, including Consulting Magazine’s “25 Most Influential Consultants,” “Frontline Leader,” and theLeadership Achievement Award. She has also been inducted into the San Francisco Business Times Forever Influential Honor Roll.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from Ramapo College of New Jerseywhere she was awarded the President’s Award of Merit, the School’s highest distinction. A “Jersey Girl” at heart, she’s enrolled in Nutley Township’s Hall of Fame.
