Starting my career at IBM as a memory component engineer, I worked across the breadth of IBM services, product portfolio and industries delivering strategic business and technology value for global clients across multiple industries and federal agencies. As the Managing Director, IBM Industrial, I led the IBM business results of largest industrial clients through leveraging Enterprise AI, Engineering Lifecycle, Asset Management, Hybrid Cloud and digital transformation. My mission is to empower industrial, energy, manufacturing and controls companies with i4.0 speed, agility, accuracy, and efficiency, while also helping them meet and exceed their decarbonization, profitability, sustainability goals and optimize IT, OT, and Business Operations. I serve as a Non-Executive Independent Board Director and Audit Committee member for Nissan Motor Corp, where I bring international business strategy, governance and oversight, fiduciary responsibility, and cross-functional diversity of experience and thought to accelerate Nissan's Ambition 2030 electrification innovation commitments. I am passionate about working with global companies, partners and IBMers to drive business outcomes and competitive advantage from innovative technologies, including Hybrid Cloud, Data, Analytics, AI, Quantum, and Cyber Security. I am a life-long advocate of continual learning, inclusive and diverse teams, and women in STEM and leadership roles. I am a frequent speaker and panelist on current business topics and involved in charitable activities and investments bettering lives through education and a more equitable and sustainable future.
