Anne Marie Hensley

Anne Marie is an enthusiastic and proven IT leader with over 25 years of experience delivering transformational change using technology as a catalyst. One of Anne Marie’s key strengths is her natural ability to take complex ideas and challenges and breaking them down into manageable and actionable solutions. This along with her no-nonsense communication style and her contagious optimism make her an extremely effective leader. Anne Marie’s career started at an engineering design firm, where her passion for leveraging technology to accelerate insight and drive business value was sparked. In 1996, she leveraged Computational Fluid Dynamic Modeling, cutting edge technology at the time, to design water and wastewater treatment facilities that delivered the same treatment value with smaller tank footprints. Anne Marie achieved an early career goal of earning her Professional Engineer license before deciding to pursue a new career in IT consulting. During this portion of her career, Anne Marie learned that she thrives in a high paced, ever changing environment that offers her new challenges and endless opportunities to grow. In 2008 she joined Chevron, finding a company that was able to offer her exciting challenges and career opportunities while also aligning with her core values of collaboration and inclusion.
