As the EVP and CIO at USAA, I lead the enterprise technology strategy and delivery for one of the largest and most trusted financial services providers in the US. With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications, payments, and banking industries, I have successfully driven large-scale IT transformation initiatives that align with the business goals and create value for the customers and stakeholders.

My core competencies include cloud, mobile, and SaaS solutions, agile project management, software project management, process improvement, and technical innovation. I am passionate about using technology as a business differentiator and a catalyst for change. I have been recognized as one of the top 50 CIOs by Forbes in 2021, and as one of the most influential women in payments and in the state of Alabama in previous years.
