Bio

Darla currently leads Arby's technology efforts as the Chief Information Officer.  As a successful senior technology executive Darla Morse has demonstrated a consistent record of transforming how companies strategically think about, manage and leverage technology to enhance the brand and drive value in their business. She has held key roles at the Walt Disney Company and has been responsible for technology at all 11 parks for SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. Throughout her career she has specialized in expanding executive understanding and confidence in the power and potential of technology and building high performance IT organizations that utilize technology to advance innovation and enable growth.

During her 17 year career at Disney she held many leadership roles for multiple parks and was responsible for many key projects most notably the startup of the Disney Cruise Line and the opening of the Hong Kong Disneyland Park and Resorts. In addition to the many projects she also had a key role in managing strategy and technology for the Resorts and Operations lines of business.

Morse holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Florida Southern and an MBA from Webster University. A supporter of the Orlando community, Morse has been involved in organizations such as Special Olympics and Pop Warner. She currently serves on the Florida Hospital Children’s board. She was also a member of the technology board for the University of Florida and an advisor for the Hospitality Board.
