Tina Esposito

Tina Esposito is Senior Vice President, Chief Data Officer at Advocate Health. Tina and her team are responsible for enterprise data strategies, measurement/analytics, and AI enablement in support of improved patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Tina has served in numerous national governance and advisory roles including as an appointed member of the federal Office of the National Coordinator’s HIT Advisory Committee. Tina has both authored and has been featured in numerous industry publications including as a College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Healthcare Hero.

Tina has a Master in Business Administration degree from Depaul University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a Fellow in the American College of Health Executives and a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
