Scott Jessee

Scott Jessee is Chief Information Officer at Delta Dental Plans Association, where he leads digital, data, platform, cybersecurity, and AI strategy for the national association supporting the largest dental benefits system in the United States. His work spans an ecosystem of 39 independently governed Delta Dental member companies, requiring alignment across strategy, governance, technology, data, and execution.

Previously, Scott spent a decade at CNA Financial in progressive leadership roles supporting core insurance platforms. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from DePaul University and is a NACD Governance Fellow.
