Rush LaSelle
Rush LaSelle is an industrial CEO and value-creation leader with more than three decades of experience building, scaling, and transforming manufacturing and technology businesses across private equity-backed and corporate environments.
He currently serves as CEO of Fathom Digital Manufacturing, a CORE Industrial Partners portfolio company serving aerospace & defense, technology, healthcare, and other complex and regulated markets. At Fathom, Rush leads the company’s value-creation plan across commercial growth, operational transformation, strategic M&A, integration, organizational development, and platform positioning. During his tenure, Fathom restored profitability within six months, completed two strategic add-on acquisitions, materially expanded its scale and Aerospace & Defense capabilities, and strengthened the quality and durability of its revenue base.
Previously, Rush served as CEO of 3DXTECH, a CORE-backed advanced materials and manufacturing business, and as CEO of AddUp North America, a Michelin- and Fives-backed industrial technology company. Across these roles, he led growth strategy, M&A, commercial transformation, operational improvement, and leadership-team development.
Earlier in his career, Rush held senior leadership roles at Jabil, Swisslog, Adept Technology, and FANUC Robotics. His experience spans robotics, automation, digital and additive manufacturing, healthcare technology, aerospace & defense, and complex engineered products. At Jabil, he helped define the company’s advanced manufacturing and automation strategy and later built its global digital manufacturing business.
The through-line across Rush’s career has been translating technology and market opportunity into scalable industrial capability. His work increasingly focuses on the operating systems, capital allocation, leadership, supply chains, and manufacturing capacity required to scale industrial businesses and convert innovation into qualified production.
Rush serves on the AddUp Advisory Board and the Board of Directors of 3DP4ME. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
