Joanne Moretti

A software engineer by education, Joanne is a 38 year veteran in the software and manufacturing industries who has helped companies like Broadcom, Dell, HP, Jabil and most recently Misumi Americas (formerly Fictiv) transform their brands from product companies to customer centric solutions companies. She’s held C level roles at most of these companies and helped deliver a minimum of 30% y/y growth at each as well as a successful exit for Fictiv. Her passion started with software but she fell in love with mechanical and electrical engineering over the last 14 years and has focused her efforts on helping hardware companies build and scale at the speed of software.
