Adam Gunther

Adam Gunther is Vice President and General Manager of Vertica at Rocket Software, where he leads the business, strategy, product development, and global growth of Vertica, a Sovereign AI-Native Lakehouse. Vertica helps organizations unlock the full value of their data by delivering high-performance AI and analytics across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, enabling real-time insights and smarter, faster decision-making.

Previously, Adam held senior leadership roles at Equifax and IBM spanning product management, engineering, and general management. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Equifax Digital Solutions, he led the company’s global identity and fraud portfolio, including the Kount and Midigator brands. Prior to Equifax, he spent over 15 years at IBM, where he led global product management for IBM Cloud Platform and oversaw the company’s Trusted Identity portfolio built on blockchain technology.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University and previously served on the board of SecureKey Technologies through its successful exit.
