I’m passionate about using technology to solve real business problems and finding better ways for people to work.

At Team Air Distributing, my role has evolved from traditional IT into a greater focus on technology innovation, automation, data, and internal application development. A big part of my work is identifying processes that can be simplified or completely rethought, then figuring out the right technology to make that happen.

One great example is Sales Compass, a platform we built specifically around the needs of our sales team. Instead of implementing a traditional CRM and adapting our processes to fit it, we took the opposite approach. We built around how our team actually works, using our ERP data, sales structure, reporting needs, and existing workflows.

That project has helped shape our approach to technology across the business. Sometimes the answer is an existing platform. Other times it means connecting systems we already have, putting automation tools directly into the hands of business users, or building something ourselves.

I enjoy finding those opportunities and turning them into tools people actually use. My focus continues to be on practical applications of automation, AI, data, and software development that make our teams more effective and help the business scale.
