After learning from customers about the struggles of managing their people networks and finding knowledge from individuals within these networks, Lynk extended its AI-driven platform to create a white-labeled SaaS solution called Lynk Circle.
Lynk Circle uniquely approaches knowledge management solutions with a focus on showcasing what people know to encourage further interaction and sharing. With Lynk Circle, organizations can establish a people-centric knowledge hub or create their own advisor networks. Lynk Circle captures institutional knowledge sitting within businesses' existing people networks to increase productivity.

Lynk has grown exponentially since its launch. Over the last three years alone, the company has witnessed 450% growth. Moreover, we’ve raised $34 million in venture capital financing to date.
Now, between our UBS Global partnership and the recent launch of Lynk Circle, that growth is set to continue as we seek to expand our reach to include new markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
As part of the existing strategic collaboration, the Global Markets team within UBS’ Investment Bank business division has been introducing Lynk solutions to thousands of UBS’s institutional investor clients. They can integrate access to Lynk’s vast network of over 840,000 global experts into their investment research process. More than 200 customers utilize Lynk’s platform, including DuPont, Pernod Ricard, Honeywell, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, and more.
The Technology
Unlike other solutions, Lynk Circle hosts a private, secure (ISO 27001-certified) and customizable people network and promotes asynchronous knowledge sharing -- a breakthrough in the industry. Users work in a shared workspace, enabling them to gain further understanding of how a piece of knowledge is used. Additionally, Lynk Circle has built-in industry standardized compliance features that ensures all knowledge access is manageable at all levels for better risk control.
