Seniors in this program receive quality care, enjoy nutritious meals and social activities, and may receive additional assistance with everyday activities like medical or dental appointment transportation and prescription refills.

The Problem
AltaMed faced challenges with the applications, hardware, and IT business processes. To add to the issue, COVID-19, employees working remote, and Ray Lowe needed to ensure that the community that he served had the best healthcare experience.
