YesElf is a unique concept in few parts.
1.In the initial phase, YesElf can understand how the software application is used. This, based on learning algorithms, can be taught by a domain expert to monitor the work of an expert with the software solution and to collect data on how is the application used.This data is then used to create guides that will accompany the user in the application,help him to learn the basics of the application, eliminate inefficient training, significantly reduce the cost of employee training.
2. YesElf has an amazing analytical module that analyzes user behavior in the software application, and proactively, based on Big Data, evaluates the state when the user is confused in the application and has trouble using it. For this purpose, learned behavioral patterns from the initial phase of the project are used when looking at deviations of user behavior towards ideal domain expert behavior. The correct timing of identifying when a user has a problem with using the application guarantees success in addressing usability issues.
3. Another innovation is the recommendation module that aims form of personalization and contextual help is unique and can greatly increase employee's productivity while working with the daily application.
